The Matthew XVII Group goes to the highest court in the land!

Dear Friends,

As promised, I wanted to share the highlights of traveling to the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C. to hear the oral arguments in the case in which I wrote a brief: Free Speech Coalition vs. Paxton.

God shows me time and time again that all He needs is a few to take on principalities. Let me share in pictures what God did:

2019

There were a handful of people asked to speak at a briefing on the steps of the Kinsey Institute. Here, Judith Reisman is standing with Frank Pezdek, while I prayed in the background before speaking. While standing at the epicenter to the sexual revolution I quoted David when going up to Goliath in my speech (I Samuel 17:45)

2023

I returned to the Kinsey Institute to see they had defied the Indiana legislature and had not left the I.U. campus. In fact, they had resurrected a statue honoring Kinsey and his crimes against children. Again, I prayed with my fellow warriors at that spot calling upon God to purge Kinsey from every institution in America: education, law, medicine, military, and ministry.

January 15, 2025

In 3-degree weather I was honored to speak at a “Protect Kids from Porn” rally hosted by American Freedom Project on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court.

The miracles that occurred to get there have to be recounted:

  • August - Debbie Simmons asked me to consider writing a brief; God provided the words!

  • I had never formatted a brief but thanks to Matt. XVIII board member, Kris Ludwinski, who had formatted briefs for the CA Supreme Court; God provided!

  • I needed to be extremely accurate in the information and thanks to Linda Jeffrey of the former RSVP America campaign; God provided the council!

  • I needed a lawyer who is registered with the U.S. Supreme Court to submit the brief – Mary McAlister esq, friend to Judith and me helped; God provided!

  • We needed funds to offset the cost of printing and submitting copies to the Court – my church – Stepping Stones donated the $2,200 needed; God provided!

Between snow storms, my daughter Christy, Kris Ludwinski and myself set off to D.C.! We stayed at the Religious of Mary Immaculate Shared Residence where the nuns, upon hearing what we were doing joined in praying for me while I spoke on those steps of the court.

January 14, 2025

We attended the Court in session the day before to see the justices at work.

We attended a briefing at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation where we heard the horrors of what porn is doing to American children.

We met with Congressman Keith Self’s staff who gave us a tour of the Capitol – the old Supreme Court (from 1810-1860) was humbling. In there I was allowed to pray aloud for God to restore His law in America and make it honorable again.

January 15, 2025

What an honor to be able to speak at a rally to protect kids from porn. Due to the extreme cold, it was mainly speakers in attendance but it was being livestreamed to over 3,000 people.

All speakers went to the Heritage Foundation to listen to the oral arguments and warm up!

The friends present were fellow warriors on the front; including Tara Schulte and Shannon Ayers from CDF Texas and my friend Debbie Simmons who got the ball rolling for me.

In the later afternoon we were able to go to the Senate building and attend A.G. Pam Bondi’s confirmation hearing. Words such as, “pedophiles, Satanists, and cannibals” were mentioned. Interesting!

The last picture I share is what I consider a “God-wink.” There were three times I ran into a man I knew was famous but couldn’t remember his name. On the third encounter I ask my friends for help and he was identified as former A.G. John Ashcroft who was the last person to go before our U.S. Supreme Court with a case to protect kids from on-line porn (2002 & 2004). I introduced myself to him and he looked amazed that I wrote a brief on the case where he was mentioned several times in the Court that morning. He thanked me for fighting for the kids. Wow!

Here is a civilian, not a lawyer summary of the case:

  • Children are now 1 click away from hardcore porn.

  • Porn is not just a man and a woman; it is acts of sodomy, bestiality, incest, actual rapes, pedophilia, and every kind of Romans 1 act that I hope you couldn’t imagine. Justice Thomas brought that up as well.

  • Technology is so advanced that filters do not work. Justice Coney Barrett gave personal account as a parent.

  • Technology is so advanced that it doesn’t take but 6 seconds for a person to do age verification before they access porn (little to no inconvenience) which the other side is trying to argue.

  • Until porn is addressed in our nation, children and society are suffering horribly!

  • Those in the porn industry want our kids! While the lawyers representing PornHub were entering the court they turned around and shouted “WE ARE” when the leader for our event asked the audience who is for porn for kids.

  • The Court now has to decide if the 19 states who have passed age verification for porn sites have the right to protect their children from porn. There are many other states ready to get this law in their books.

I have to add 2 other amazing fruits from the brief that was written: -On January 15 th , Indiana Government officials and pastors held a rally at a church calling for the shutting down of the Kinsey Institute. Comptroller Elise Nieshalla had sent a copy of my brief to all of them. IN Lt. Gov. Pastor Micah Beckwith was among many who called for this evil to stop!

The John Birch Society leadership of DFW is printing copies of my brief and encouraging their leaders and followers to get the brief to all the Texas legislators. WOW, just WOW!

THIS IS A BIG CASE AND NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS!

I want to give a big thanks to all those who have prayed for this ministry and financially supported our efforts. In the next few months, I will be returning to Uganda to present to Parliament and other leaders and then on May 16th, this ministry will be taking a bus load of prayer warriors to the old Supreme Court room in Austin where Texas legislators threw out God’s law and brought in the Kinsey based law.
